DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. (Wigs take 6-10 business days) Orders require 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.


Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: These states are a bit further away, please expect 7-14 business days for delivery.

Canada/International orders take up to 14-21 business days to receive. 

We do not ship on holidays or weekends

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: 

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS.

 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!

Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority shipping service. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. 

If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice between. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.

Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been update as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient.

Slayed By Brittany ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Slayed By Brittany, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. Slayed By Brittany does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs Regulations Weather Conditions and other factors may effect shipments that are going to international addresses. These are governed by UPS & USPS and not by Slayed By Brittany. Due to the constant change in Customs Fees for every individual country, we can not guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. 

APO/FPO Addresses: Although APO/FPO addresses are considered in the United States, shipping may be delayed due to the remote locations. 3-15 shipping days may apply for these addresses, but are usually delivered faster!
