CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation notice immediately to Info@slayedbybrittany.com
You must send a cancellation notice within two hours of your order to ensure that your order has not been shipped out! Your order will only be refunded if you have sent us your cancellation notice within this time. All cancellation notices can be emailed to Info@SlayedByBrittany.com with the subject Order Cancellation.
If your package has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, you have 5 business days to send us an email explaining and showing though the use of a picture, that the product has been compromised.
Refunds will not be made after the product has been shipped and sent to the address that the customer has specified on their order. Slayed By Brittany ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Slayed By Brittany or delivery services, shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.
- If you change your mind or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order, within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note, that returns must be unopened and new condition and in the original packaging. Slayed By Brittany is not responsible for refunding shipping charges on returns/refunds, nor can Slayed By Brittany provide pre-made shipping labels.
